We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our workshop in Ngaio. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a team to help foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Taking a hands-on approach to assist in workshop operations as needed. Serving as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery. Managing and overseeing daily workshop operations. Ensuring all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time. Maintaining high standards of health and safety practices. Must have in-depth technical knowledge of workshop, equipment, processes and automotive/mechanical engineering industry practice plus have excellent communication, strong organisation and problem-solving abilities. Aside from this you will have proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, effective time management and organisational skills and strong technical knowledge and hands-on capability.
