Description

Are you a skilled and knowledgeable car mechanic looking for a long-term opportunity? We are seeking an experienced car mechanic to join our team in beautiful Taupo! Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance, including vehicle servicing. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. Ensure all work complies with industry safety and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a car mechanic with a strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Relevant certifications required or have relevant experience. WOF certified is an advantage but not necessary. Benefits: Above average pay rates. Applicants must hold a valid New Zealand driver's license with at least two years of driving experience and must currently be in the country with New Zealand citizenship, residency or a valid two-year work visa.
