If you're motivated, can work both independently and as part of a team, we want you. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with rostered Saturday mornings. You should have strong motorcycle mechanics and electronics knowledge, diagnostic tool proficiency, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. A full NZ Driver’s Licence and Motorcycle class 6 Licence (or willingness to obtain one) are required. We seek an experienced/intermediate mechanic for vehicle and trailer WOF inspections, servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on all vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate must have a WOF inspection certificate, 4+ years of experience, and a Level 4 Certificate in Automotive Engineering. A great attitude, work ethic, communication skills, a clean driver's license, and the ability to pass police vetting are essential. Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently while keeping the work area tidy are important. Adaptability to paperless job cards (MechanicDesk) and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of all vehicle makes and models, especially European vehicles, being beneficial. we offer work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, carpooling from Whangarei, training and development opportunities, a fun, safe, and supportive work environment. Morning tea and Friday lunch are provided, along with staff and family events throughout the year.
