Office Administrator Required for A Rural Automotive Business. Location: Rural Area of Waikite Valley, Rotorua. Hours - 5 Days a week - Monday to Friday. ( Immediate Start Available) ( Hours Negotiable to Suite the Right Applicant) Duties May Include: * Telephone/Reception input as required. ( General Admin Duties) * Job Specific Filing, Emailing, Invoicing. * Job Bookings and Charging. * Dealing Hands on with Cliental. * Maintaining Stock Intake. Required Qualities: * Professional Approach. * Ability to Work Under Pressure. * Organizational and Time Management Skills * Excellent Attention to Detail. * Tenacity. Person Specification: Experience: - Preferred but Not Essential * Basic Knowledge of Xero, Sam and Excel Skills & Competencies: * Exceptional Customer Service across all Channels - Written, Phone and Face to Face * Ability to Communicate clearly and Concisely depending on Audience. Able to follow instruction & ask questions when uncertain of information or process. * Time Management - Accomplish objectives effectively within time frames given, and carry out administrative duties in and efficient and timely manner. Able to set own work priorities & use initiative when required.
