Description

We are looking for a team player that wants to join our fantastic team here in Kaiapoi. We are wanting someone who works well in a team environment, someone that takes pride in their work and is comfortable reaching out for assistance when needed. This person will also need to be confident in their ability to compete repairs to a very high standard and give our customers the best customer service in town. We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest and Friedly while also being very driven and likes to take pride in the repairs they send out the door. We're looking for someone with at least five years' experience in vehicle repairs and servicing, who is confident in diagnostics, possesses fast problem-solving and time management skills, be reliable and be able to work as part of a team. This full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm) involves vehicle servicing, restoration, diagnostics, and electrical work, as well as preparing quotes and maintaining customer relationships. You'll need at least five years' full-time automotive workshop experience, a full, clean driving licence, and the right to work in New Zealand. We're looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, is great at problem-solving, customer-focused, and committed to high-quality work. Day-to-day tasks involve diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, replacing parts, performing scheduled servicing and attending breakdown callouts.
