Underwood and Wilkins’ in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty is looking for a full-time motorcycle mechanic to join our team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycles and other vehicles including ATVs and side-by-sides. The role involves routine servicing, fault diagnosis, test drives, record-keeping, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to health and safety standards. We’re seeking someone with relevant qualifications and at least three years’ experience, though we’re open to nearly qualified applicants or journeymen with a strong track record. You’ll need solid diagnostic skills, attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with a rostered Saturday morning once every four weeks.
