Bell’s Diesel Truck & Tractor Limited, an automotive workshop located in Taihape in the Central North Island, undertakes full workshop repairs and maintenance for a wide range of vehicles and machinery. As part of our comprehensive services, we also specialise in the repair and replacement of automotive windscreens, offering on-site recalibration capabilities and much more. We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Windscreen Glazier (Auto Glass Technician) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all repairs and replacements of automotive windscreens, including recalibration, while ensuring timely service and consistent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, possess a positive attitude, and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, an excellent team player, and has the ability to work independently. Physical fitness is also essential for this position. This is a full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, though part-time hours may be considered for the right person. An immediate start is available for the successful applicant, who must be based in and have the right to work in New Zealand and be prepared to clear pre-employment drug and alcohol screening if required. Auto Electrician - Team Leader

The Towsafe team have been involved in the tow bar and towing industry throughout New Zealand and Australia for over 25 years. All Towsafe Tow Bars are New Zealand-made in our Christchurch-based business. We're now seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to take the lead and drive our electrical team into the new year. Your daily responsibilities will involve leading and supporting your team while overseeing wiring installations for new and second-hand Japanese, Chinese, Korean and European vehicles. You will be expected to source towing wiring solutions for new models, work with local and international suppliers to order components and maintain our vehicle wiring module database. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team and implement strategies for quality assurance and continuous improvement. To succeed in this position, you should be a qualified Auto Electrician with proven hands-on experience and strong leadership skills. You will need experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models alongside excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and focused on efficiency. You must also be comfortable communicating with suppliers and handling small-scale ordering.
