We're a family-owned workshop in Ngaruawahia, just minutes off the expressway, and we've been keeping local families, businesses, classics, daily drivers, and the occasional "it was making a funny noise yesterday" vehicle on the road for over 25 years. Despite the name, we're not just VWs anymore. One day you could be working on a classic restoration, the next chasing an electrical gremlin, and then servicing a family SUV before lunch. Life's too short to spend every day doing oil changes. We're looking for a mechanic who knows their stuff, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working with a team that believes good workmanship and good banter can coexist. You’ll ideally have a WoF Certification (or the ability to get one), a preferred trade qualification, and the legal right to work in New Zealand. We're looking for someone equipped with solid diagnostic and repair skills, a professional attitude, and a good grip on communication and time management.
