Description

West Euro Auto is looking for a service technician. Join our well-established, MTA-assured workshop and become part of a dynamic team with over 20 years of success. We operate with modern equipment to handle all types of automotive repairs and tyre work and we are now looking for a reliable, honest technician to join us. The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of services including WoF inspections, mechanical repairs, tyre fitting and wheel alignments. To be considered, you must hold a current WoF Authority and be proficient in both manual and scanned diagnostics across a variety of European and Japanese vehicles. We value high standards of workmanship, excellent communication skills and a self-motivated approach to working in a busy environment. This role is open to those with NZ residency or a valid work visa.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Windscreen Glazier (Auto Glass Technician) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all repairs and replacements of automotive windscreens, including recalibration, while ensuring timely service and consistent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, possess a positive attitude, and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, an excellent team player, and has the ability to work independently. Physical fitness is also essential for this position. This is a full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, though part-time hours may be considered for the right person.
