We are currently looking for a qualified Automotive Technician to join our busy, well-established workshop in Motueka. We carry out a wide range of work including diagnostics, repairs, WoF inspections and servicing, so this role will suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends) Key Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostics and fault finding, mechanical repairs and maintenance, Warrant of Fitness (WoF) inspections, routine servicing and working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work. You will need to have a trade-qualified Automotive Technician, be reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team, have strong practical and problem-solving skills. A WoF authority preferred (or willingness to obtain). You will need to have a full NZ driver licence. Mike Jackson Vehicle Servicing are currently seeking a Qualified Vehicle Technician to join our small friendly team. We are based in Henderson, West Auckland. The successful applicant must be capable in all aspects of servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and general repairs of all marques of European and Japanese cars. Warrant of Fitness Authority is advantageous but not essential. You must be able to work in a team and on your own initiative. We are offering a competitive hourly rate dependent on skill and experience. The position would ideally suit someone who is looking to work towards a 2IC role.
