Wanaka Auto Centre Ltd is seeking an experienced WoF Inspector/Automotive Technician to join our busy workshop in Wanaka. This full-time role of 42.5 hours per week. What you'll be doing is performing WoF inspections, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults and issues using the latest tool and equipment, performing scheduled maintenance, inspections and servicing on customer vehicles, testing and repair of all vehicle systems including brakes, suspension and engine components, providing exceptional customer service, high standards and to maintain records of all completed work. You will need proven experience as an Automotive Technician, ideally 3+ years, AVI qualified or the ability to qualify immediately, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve vehicle issues, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, good communication skills, be honest and reliable, have a full New Zealand drivers licence, a clean driving record and the ability to operate a range of vehicles and be eligible to work in New Zealand (please only apply if currently living in New Zealand) At Wanaka Auto Centre Ltd we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
