Currently, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, performing vehicle servicing and maintenance, and conducting WOF-related repairs and inspections. You will also use diagnostic equipment effectively, complete job cards accurately and work collaboratively to maintain a clean and safe environment. To be successful, you will need a relevant NZ automotive qualification, proven NZ industry experience and a full New Zealand driver licence, with a WoF ticket being highly preferable. We are looking for someone with strong fault-finding skills across a range of vehicle makes and models, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a reliable, motivated attitude. These roles will see you playing a vital part in delivering efficient and reliable automotive services to our customers. You will be required to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults and issues, perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and servicing on customer vehicles, test and repair all vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine components - ensuring all work is carried out to the highest professional standards.
