Our Residents & Ratepayers Association manages a First Response Fire truck to help with fire safety in our rural, isolated community. The truck was donated to us from the West Auckland Laingholm Volunteer Fire Brigade about 12 years ago. We have been extremely fortunate to have had the support of Marc and his staff at Automotive Solutions to help us maintain this vehicle. Marc’s sponsorship of the vehicle includes checking it for its 6 monthly warrants, supplying new tyres and completing any repairs for no cost to us. I have just picked up my Jeep from Crystal following extensive repairs, after someone sideswiped the entire left hand side. My car looks amazing, like brand new, and it has been washed, vacuumed and the tyres blackened. For one reason or another, this is the fourth time I have needed to book my car in with Crystal and from the first time I used them I knew I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Marc has looked after my vehicles for over 15 years now. He has always taken the time to explain what he does and can be totally relied on to give me good advice. At times he has gone out of his way to help out when I have had a vehicle emergency. He is unfailingly cheerful and patient and always willing to answer my questions and discuss issues that may arise from a vehicle service.

Excellent service and fab price (cheaper than quoted), but incredibly trustworthy - SD European groomed my Merc, I guess as a wee bonus, but in process found my long lost $4k, gold and diamond bracelet - you know you can truly trust this team when it was there in my car awaiting my find!
