We're excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team at New Zealand's leading automotive and classic car restoration workshop! Key responsibilities; client support: serve as the primary point of contact for emails, phone calls, and client interactions, parts procurement: ensure accurate and timely ordering and tracking of stock and parts, administration: provide essential administrative support to the management team. Keep our (mostly online) project systems, client documentation and diary systems organised. You’ll also support the accounts payable and receivable processes and be able to maintain the presentation of front-of-house and shared office areas. As our main front-of-house representative, you'll work onsite Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. In addition to hourly rates ranging from $24 to $30 based on experience, you'll receive an onsite car park and the opportunity to join our social club outings, held six Friday afternoons per year.
