Challenge Greytown is a locally owned and operated fuel station, workshop and TyreLand. We have a position available for a workshop manager to lead the team in our busy automotive workshop. If you are an enthusiastic and experienced mechanic looking further your career and step up to a management position this opportunity could be for you! Our team is made up of two full time mechanics in addition to the manager plus an apprentice. We also have two full time staff in the adjoining TyreLand. The role is full time 5 days a week and is based in Greytown in the sunny Wairarapa. The job entails: WoF, a variety of light vehicle service and repair, building strong relationships with our loyal clientele, offering great customer service. The ideal candidate would have: excellent communication skills, team player, problem solving skills, minimum 2 years experience in the automotive trade, competent in European and Japanese vehicles, must have full license and drive manual, basic electrical knowledge, ideally WoF Certification.
