Information:
The AGM Meeting Agenda, confirmed 2022 AGM Minutes and MTA Meeting Procedures along with the 2022/23 Annual Report and Financial Statements which were presented at the meeting.
Votes:
- The 2022 Minutes were confirmed,
- Baker Tilly Staples Rodway was appointed as the auditor of MTA until the next general meeting; and
- Dave Harris, Dave Larkins, David Storey and Peter Morton were appointed as the Appeal Authority Panel for the MTA until the next general meeting.
Elections:
This year there was one Director position on the Board up for nomination.
The successful candidate, Sturrock Saunders, was formally announced at this AGM.
Ross Verry was confirmed as the MTA Board’s independent director, replacing Samantha Sharif.
